We spend a lot of time making sure our products are exceptional, but if you want to return an item for any reason, you can follow the steps below;
    
    

Exchanges
    

If your item doesn't fit or if you ordered the wrong size by mistake, we're happy to exchange for any other size as long as we have it in stock. If we don't have the desired size in stock, we can refund or issue a credit note instead

- Exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt

- Exchanges must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with any tags or labels intact

- We cannot cover any return postage for exchanges unless the incorrect size was sent in error

- All UK replacements are shipped out free of charge

- Please include your name, address and preferred size in the return parcel

Surprise T-shirts and items made to order are unable to be exchanged

- Made to order items, such as phone cases and iPad cases are unable to be exchanged after production has started

     

    

Refunds
    

If you'd like to return your item for a refund, we can offer refunds or credit 

- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt

- All items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with any tags or labels intact

- Any promotional items or items included free of charge must also be returned

- Orders that received free shipping will be refunded or credited minus the shipping fee

- We cannot cover return postage unless the items were faulty or received in error

- Gift Cards are non returnable, and do not qualify for a refund

Surprise T-shirts and items made to order are excluded from refunds unless they are faulty

Always retain proof of postage

Please include your full name, invoice number and address details in the return parcel, without this, your exchange or refund could be delayed

We aim to send out replacements or refund orders the same day as they are arrive back, but please allow up to 7 working days

We reserve the right to refuse and exchange or refund if the items are sent back in an unsatisfactory condition - ie. worn, washed, dirty, smelly, containing pet hairs or any other conditions.
