We take every care to make sure our products are the very best quality they can be. 

Everything we sell is made to order. Once you place an order your design is printed, cut and sewn according to your specifications. We do not hold stock.


This service means that refunds are only given in certain circumstances, such as;


Mistakes

We take every care to make sure your order is perfect, but because your items are handmade by real humans, mistakes do happen. In these rare cases, you can return your items for a refund or replacement.


Faulty items

We quality check every item before it is packed, however every now and again a small detail might escape our notice! If you receive a faulty item, you can contact us for a solution, usually a partial or full refund or a replacement.


For all returns, we would love if you could return in the original condition it was received and in the original packaging.


To complete your return, you must have purchased the item within the last 30 days, and your order must have been placed with us on this website - any items ordered from a third party are the responsibility of the seller.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is applicable, then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Sometimes this takes a few days to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If we offer you an exchange, we can only send an exact replica of the item that was originally purchased. If the item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
